How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the United States then takes 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every US order. Express shipping is $9.99 and can be selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship to all 50 US states only.

What does a pack contain?

Each product comes in a 3-pack, 6-pack, or 12-pack. You choose the size on the product page — the larger the pack, the lower the price per pack.

Do I need to rinse after using a wipe?

No. Glide one sheet over the area and you are done — no rinse, no rubbing, no residue. Follow with moisturizer if your skin likes one.

Are the wipes suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are dermatologist-tested and made without parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrance, or alcohol denat. If your skin is reactive, the Calming Makeup Remover Wipes are formulated specifically for it. As with any new product, patch test first.

Are the wipes flushable?

No. The cloth uses biodegradable fiber, but please dispose of used wipes in the bin, not the toilet. The outer pack is recyclable.

How do I keep the wipes from drying out?

Reseal the label firmly after every use. Store the pack away from direct sunlight and heat.

Can I return an order?

Yes. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with the original packaging. Start a return from our contact page. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
